Both redevelopment efforts will be focused on retaining historic integrity and ensuring compatibility. Porchlight completed a full scale exterior renovation, landscaping plan, and new parking area as well as renovating 6 of the 8 2 bedroom units. Today the property is fully leased. The building was awarded the Oakleigh Garden District Society's neighborhood beautification award in 2019 and has led to other renovations along this important stretch of Porchlight's target area.
